Phillip’s latest concept of a new OLED window that is clear during daylight that converts into a lighted panel at night. High energy efficiency light source yet still in very early development stages. The OLED windows are created by layering the transparent OLED panel encased between glass or plastic.

It’s so high tech that according to Mr. Driessen of Phillips Reseach states “The problem is that currently OLED’s need to be produced in a clean room, and a single particle could destroy the entire OLED, so we’re working on methods to cope with this at the moment.”
